Getting Here
How to get to Tapologo:
We can assist you with arranging both road and air transfers to Limpopo-Lipadi. Please include this in your enquiry, and we will provide a quote.
By road:
1. From Gaborone, drive approximately 480 km, which takes about 4.5 to 5 hours on good tar roads.
2. From Johannesburg, drive approximately 550 km, taking 6 to 7 hours on good tar roads.
3. If travelling from South Africa, the Reserve’s western gate is about 1 hour and 45 minutes from Martin’s Drift border crossing or 2 hours and 30 minutes from Stockpoort border crossing.
4. From the Reserve’s western gate, drive for about 20 minutes on a good dirt road through the reserve to reach the reception.
5. A team member will meet you at the gate to welcome you and accompany you to reception.

By air:
1. Limpopo-Lipadi has its own airstrip.
2. From Johannesburg, take an air transfer from Lanseria Airport, which is a 45-minute drive from OR Tambo International Airport.
3. Fly to Limpopo Valley Airfield for international immigration; the flight takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
4. From Limpopo Valley Airfield, take a short 20-minute flight to Limpopo-Lipadi’s airstrip.
