How to get to Tapologo

We can assist you with providing road and air transfers to Limpopo-Lipadi. Please include this in your enquiry, and we will arrange a quote. 

By Road: 

From Gaborone the driving distance is 480km, which takes about 4.5 to 5 hours on good tar roads. 
From Johannesburg it is a 550km drive, taking 6 to 7 hours, also on good tar roads.
 
For those coming from South Africa, the Reserve’s western gate is about 1 hour and 45 minutes from Martin’s Drift border crossing or 2 hours and 30 minutes from Stockpoort border crossing. From the Reserve’s western gate, it is about 20 minutes on a good dirt road through the reserve to our reception. We will arrange to have you met at the gate to welcome you, and accompany you through to reception.

By Air: 

Limpopo-Lipadi has got its own airstrip. For those coming from Johannesburg, air transfers fly from Lanseria Airport, which is a 45 minute drive from OR Tambo. Transfers then go by air to Limpopo Valley Airfield, for international immigration, with a flight duration of 1 hour 45 minutes. A short 20 minute flight then takes you to Limpopo-Lipadi's airstrip.
