The below rates are quoted per night (pn), subject to a minimum of a two nights stay, valid for the year stated above and availability on request. All rates are priced in USD, please contact us for SADC rates.

Shoulder (Mid) Season: March 1st to June 30th

Children Policy:
- Children below 2 years of age stay for free
- Children 2-12 years of age receive a 25% discount of the equivalent adult rate

Community Impact: For every night guests spend with us, 5% of net revenue goes directly to the MOTSE community and wildlife conservancy to support local health, education and local business support initiatives.

Payments & Cancellation Terms & Conditions
Rate Changes
All tariffs quoted are subject to change without prior notice. Rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honoured.
Deposit & Payment Policy
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total accommodation charge is required 14 days from making a provisional reservation.
Payment terms: All accommodation costs must be pre-paid no less than 60 days prior to arrival. All guests shall settle their extra accounts in full prior to departure from Tapologo Lodge.
Cancellation Policy
- 90-61 days before arrival: 35% cancellation fee
- 60-31 days before arrival: 65% cancellation fee
- Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee
Travel Insurance: Please ensure that all guests are covered by a travel insurance policy to protect against unforeseen cancellation, delays, injury, loss, or any other prejudice of whatsoever cause. All reservation amendments or cancellations are valid only if advised and accepted by Tapologo Lodge, in writing, by e-mail.

Important Payment Notes
- Please ensure a copy of the bank transfer slip, together with the reservation details is emailed to the reservations office
- Unfortunately, Tapologo Lodge cannot be held liable should payments be made to any incorrect accounts
- All bank charges are the responsibility of the guest/travel company making the relevant bank transfer
- Payments must be received by Tapologo Lodge on the dates stipulated, failing which Tapologo Lodge reserves the right to collect payment directly from the guest on arrival
- Cheques are not accepted as tender of payment
- The credit card submitted for extra activities must be presented at the lodge on arrival with the card holder's passport for verification
Legal Terms
Waiver: Variation or waiver of the above Terms and Conditions is at the sole discretion of Tapologo Lodge and must be confirmed in writing, failing which such variation or waiver will not apply. The laws of Botswana apply to all transactions.
